Midwest Vegetables, operated under LT Fresh Produce Pty Ltd, is a large-scale, specialist greenhouse vegetable farming business based in Geraldton, Western Australia. Family-owned and long-term managed, the company operates under a well-established dual trust structure for asset protection and stable operations, with official business registration and national fresh produce supply chain licensing completed in 2024.

The farm runs a year-round continuous greenhouse production model, supported by large modern greenhouse facilities, a full range of professional agricultural machinery, automated irrigation systems, on-site warehousing and staff accommodation, with total fixed asset investments exceeding AUD 3.4 million. Specialising in wholesale fresh cucumbers, the business recorded total produce sales of AUD 6.9 million in the 2025 financial year, establishing itself as a mid-sized commercial horticultural producer in Australia.

We maintain long-term, stable supply agreements with major fresh produce markets, supermarket procurement teams and distribution partners across Victoria and New South Wales.
