Agricultural Technician

Key Responsibilities：
· Crop Management: Closely monitor the growth cycle and health of greenhouse cucumbers; develop and adjust planting schedules to ensure high and stable yields.
· Pest & Disease Control: Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to ensure all produce meets the strict food safety testing standards of major supermarket chains.
· Climate Control: Utilize modern environmental control systems to regulate greenhouse temperature, humidity, and lighting, optimizing the growing environment.
· Field Coordination: Guide and supervise seasonal outsourced labor teams in standardized field operations (sowing, pruning, harvesting) to strictly control produce quality.

Requirements：
· Diploma or higher in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Protection, or a related field.
· Prior experience in large-scale commercial greenhouse vegetable cultivation (especially cucumbers) is highly preferred.
· In-depth knowledge of plant physiology and fresh food safety management systems (e.g., Freshcare).
· Excellent teamwork, on-site coordination, and cross-cultural communication skills (required for guiding outsourced labor).
· Fluent in English and Chinese, capable of assisting management with supply chain liaison.
